The big one this month: keep jobs up to date once they hit the shop floor. Plus see who's working on what without walking the floor, get the right person's attention with @mentions, and grab every file for a job in one click.
Let the crew check off tasks, run timers and log hours from their phones
Several shops have told me the same thing. The office does a great job setting up jobs in Maestro and keeping them current. Then a job goes into production, and the updates slow down. The crew isn't signing in to mark tasks done or log hours, so someone in the office ends up walking the floor and chasing people to find out where each job stands.

So I rebuilt Maestro on the phone around the few things the crew does every day. When they open it, they land on their own page with their clock, any running timer, and their hours for the week. My tasks lists what's assigned to them: one tap checks a task off or starts a timer, and marking a task done stops its timer and logs the time. Every job has its own chat for quick questions and photos.
They stay signed in, so there's no password to type every time, and a welcome screen shows them how to put Maestro on their home screen so it opens like an app. Owners and managers get a Team view of who's on what.
Every check-off, timer and hour lands on your workflow board and in your time tracking as it happens, so the office can see where each job stands without chasing anyone.
How to: open Maestro on a phone. It's already on for every shop. If someone prefers the old layout, Classic view is in the menu.
See who's clocked in and what each person is working on today
You can now open an Overview of your team for today: who's clocked in, who's on a task timer and for which job, and what each person has finished. On the workflow board, the new “Active today” filter dims the jobs nothing happened on today, so the busy ones stand out.
How to: the Overview tab on the Everyone pages (managers and CEOs). “Active today” is a checkbox in the filter on your workflow board.
Notify a teammate with @mentions in discussions and job chat
Type @ and a teammate's name in a discussion or a reply. They're added to the discussion, their bell lights up, and it shows at the top of their unread list marked “@ you.” Replies to discussions you're on now light your bell too.
The same works in job chat, the one running conversation each job now has between the crew and the office. The crew uses it from their phones, and you see the latest messages at the top of the job page. Type @ and a name, or @office, and if they haven't seen it in 10 minutes they get an email.

Download a folder, a room or a whole job's files as one zip
You can now download one folder, every folder in a room, or every file in a job folder as a single zip. Clicking a photo or PDF opens the preview right on the page, and every file has its own Download link that saves it instead of opening it in the browser.
How to: the lightning bolt menu on the Files card of a job or room. Private CEO folders are never included in room or job downloads.
One thing to try this week
Open your workflow board, click the filter, check “Active today” and apply it. You'll see which jobs moved today and who's on a timer, without leaving your desk. Clear the filter to go back to the full board.
